Hi All:

The document below contains an array of information regarding the meals for flood relief workers staying at Cornell this summer. The Mt. Vernon churches have come together and made plans to feed these volunteers while they’re in our lovely town. I think the attached will explain the plan for the group in June. The July groups have yet to be organized completely.

Watch for sign-up after mass this weekend or email me back if you want to get a “head start” on signing up for something. I attached the sign-up sheets too so you can see where we need help.

And please let me know if you don’t understand something. I tried to explain the whole “procedure” –working with the other churches, them using our facilities, volunteers coming here to eat, etc…. etc…. etc… So again, please let me know if it’s confusing. I haven’t made copies yet.
